I came in about 9:20 am this morning and checked in immediately. System said I was next and estimate was 7 minutes. All four hairdressers were busy with four male customers. I waited 15 minutes or more and the system never dropped below four minutes, however that was not the issue. No one acknowledged me at all even after the customers started to leave. I stood there in amazement waiting for someone to speak or just recognize my presence but nothing like that happened. Finally I called the last two ladies out - I said “was anyone ever going to acknowledge my presence? I have been here for a long time without a word a look or a nod. That is outrageous!” Then I left without a haircut

These people are Always friendly and professional. Sure it's a lil pricy but it was and is always worth it.

My husband went to Sports Clips on Hey 380 in Crossroads, TX two weeks ago to get his hair cut. I usually cut his hair but we wanted it shaped up. When he got home I started crying because the girl that did his hair totally butchered it. I don’t even know how she did it. Most of the hair on the back of his head is gone and shaved to the scalp. It is the most horrific thing I have ever seen. He is an actor and works in insurance and he can’t even leave the house with it like this. It’s so bad it looks like he has had chemo and lost all the hair on the back of his head. I have cried and cried over this and he is devastated. We don’t k ow what to do!!!!

This is absolutely the worst haircut I have ever received! The sides were OK, but she butchered the back with gashes in both sides of the back of my hair! I would give them a Minus star if it was available. Never going back there again!!!!

Great hair-cut today, as usual! I haven't received a bad haircut yet at Sports Clips (two years now, I think). Sports Clips (wherever I go) always knows how to give me a nice high-and-tight military fade. And sometimes I get "Tab" (Tabitha) like today (Cross Roads, TX store). "Tab" does the best job by far. And she works quickly. Kudos to "Tab" and the other ladies at Sports Clips in Cross Roads, TX! BTW - I do not know "Tab" or any of the other ladies personally. They just do great work! - Mike

Not the greatest fade. I thought Sport Clips stylists were all around good stylists with any haircut but this isn't the case. I waited over an hour on a Friday waiting for 1 of the 2 stylists to get to me. Maybe I'll find a new location to try out, maybe I'll find a different salon. Along with my mistake, I asked for a certain hairstyle for my son Kam C. and we aren't satisfied at all. Having to pay $35 for haircuts and not being satisfied with how they turned out is a disappointment. You need better staffing especially for a Friday late afternoon.
