Waited at the door before opening for 15mins and another nice lady did the same for 30 mins. We both checked online asap and somehow people coming in 10 seconds before opening got to just step right in front of everyone who was waiting beforehand. This is unacceptable and that the online check in is bogus. Do not recommend going here, you will be disappointed with the hair stylists and the service.

I have never left a review before, but I need to let people know. STAY AWAY from this location!!!! I went in wirh my son today, he needed a quick trim. Nothing elaborate. When you walk in, you must check in online, they have a set up with a lap top to use, if you haven't checked in online before arriving. I had not checked in prior to arriving. So I checked in and we sat down. We waiting as 5 people walked in and were asked have you already checked in, to which they said yes each time, and were greeted, and promptly taken to get their hair cut. My son and I sat there for 45 min. Not 1 person asked if we checked in, or even acknowledged us. I got up to make sure I checked in properly and I had, so I sat back down to wait. I received a txt message saying my son would be next. We waited about 25 minutes longer, and walked out. I've never ever experienced such horrible service. I'm telling everyone I know to stay away. If I could I'd leave Zero stars, just doesn't give that option

Was attended with great care and detail. Danielle went way out of her way for fine clips, always keeping me in the loop to assure I was satistisfied. It was better than good!
